Terms
Version 1.0, 2026-11-03.
The parties
These terms are between you and Nara AI Systems AB, Sweden, "we". "The app" is MyDancingBook for computers and phones. "The account site" is account.mydancingbook.com.
What is licensed and what is a service
The app is licensed to you, not sold. The account, sign-in, updates and the trial are services we run.
You may install the app on the computers and phones you use. You may not resell it, share your account, or work around the sign-in.
Age
You must be 16 or older to have an account, and 18 or older to buy a plan.
The free trial
The trial lasts 14 days from your first sign-in in the app. It needs no card and does not turn into a plan by itself. Buying a plan ends the trial.
Plans
Plans, prices and periods are published before they can be bought. A plan renews for a new period of the same length unless you cancel before it renews. Cancellation is possible at any time and takes effect at the end of the paid period. We may change the price of a plan for later periods. We tell you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then. The right of withdrawal is described under Refunds.
Changes
We may change the app and the services for a valid reason, such as new features, security or a change in the law. If a change makes your use of the app more than slightly worse, we tell you in good time, and you may end your plan within 30 days after the change or after we told you, whichever is later.
Your data stays yours
Your diary, your videos and your music stay on your computer and in your own cloud storage. What we do store is listed under Privacy.
Other services you connect
Your cloud storage provider and other services you link in the app have their own terms. We are not a party to them.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app or the account site to harm other people or to break the law.
Warranty and liability
We are not liable for loss in business activity.
Governing law
Swedish law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim in its courts or to ARN (Sweden).
